"Excellent. Recovered everything from my iPod into iTunes after a hard disk crash"
Pros: The only program out there I could find that actually transfers everything on your iPod to iTunes - music, photos, videos, playlists, artwork, song data,....

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: I down loaded this software to transfer my playlist from the ipod to itunes playlist.
if you already have the song in itunes it still counts as a download in the demo version so you can't work with it to figure out the problem.
you should be able to highlite the list, hit transfer then find it in itunes playlist.
Windows point and click not have to go looking for it. Don't wast your time with this if you want to restore itunes from your ipod with all the info on your ipod.
