Version: iPodCopy 7.22
Cons: 1. I have a 20 gig ipod with 11 gigs worth of music and after each attempt to copy my music and playlists back to my computer I ended up with over 30 gigs worth of files.
2. A lot of the playlists and songs had incorrect or "coded" names
3. My computer and ipod froze the 2nd time I tried to tranfer everything over...had to unplug my computer to restart and had to wait 12 hours for my ipod to run out of juice so I could reboot.
4. Tried to get help from tech support on issue 1 but the answer I got back was absolutely useless...only directed me to a website that didn't have the answer I needed.
I would not purchase this product or recommend it to anyone. Try a different ipod copying program.
