From Wide Angle Software :iPodCopy allows you to copy music, video, podcasts and photos from your iPod back into iTunes or onto your PC hard disk. Also can copy playlists, artwork, ratings and play counts from your iPod into iTunes. iPodCopy also lets you view and manage your Calendars, Contacts and Notes on your iPod and includes Microsoft Outlook synchronization.
Version 6.13 includes bug fixes.

"Worked perfectly as advertised"
Pros: The download process was pretty easy. I needed to download Microsoft .NET before I could download the iPodCopy program. Once I plugged in my iPod it loaded my songs very quickly and I was able to transfer them to iTunes fairly quickly as well (4 hours for 4000+ songs).
Be sure to transfer by Playlist if you want to make sure they are restored to your iTunes, I transfer by songs, got all 4000 but have to recreate the playlist manually. Otherwise perfect.
