Pros: absolutely nothing except a fake review on their website - claiming to be top 5 on download.com
Cons: product broke my itunes and I lost all my music. support refused to give me a refund - and then at the end of the month billed my credit card for another $19.99 - this product blows

Pros: Absolutely nothing. I made a big mistake buying this one.
Cons: Instructions are useless. Product didn't work with my iPod Touch. Customer service gave me the run-around when I complained and refused to refund my payment. They pretended that they didn't understand my complaint. Buy CopyTrans - its brilliant!!
