"Disappointed (they say FREE and then Charge)"
Cons: Yes there are many that say "free to try, $xx.xx to buy" . This one says FREE, FREE , FREE all the way till you download and run and start copying the files. At this point it loads a web page asking you to check out your purchase of the software ! When you cancel it, it would allow you to copy only the first song of the entire selection to be copied :( its like 4 THUMBS DOWN (cause thats the max thumbs I have in me )

Pros: Have found several fellow ones with similar functions, some of which were cheaper. The support of Apples recommended this one. And I believe that this is the right one.

Pros: Used to worry about losing the precious data on my computer. So I kept them in my iPod. Now even when the computer runs into trouble, the data can be copied back soon with this application.

Pros: I am not a computer literate, and often run into trouble with new software. Luckily this application is simple enough for me, just a few clicks. Oh, and it works really!

Pros: I am excited to see my iPod music on my new computer now after the old one was stolen. Just a small amount of charge, and all the data could be retrieved pretty soon.
