  "SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!"

  Pros: NOTHING.....................

  Cons: this program will not copy the songs the wasn't brought thru itunes or copied from a CD. i wanted ALL of my song imported to itunes. DO NOT BUY!!!!

  "Giant problem"

  Cons: I followed the instructions to the letter. Tried to download 1400 songs to computer. None arrived, but ipod space was halved. Tried again in small amounts of songs. iTunes told me the songs had arrived, name of artist, album, and songs, so I synced to ipod, only to find in 75% of cases the names were there, but no songs. By this time it was too late, and the originals were lost.
