Pros
Can manage your ipod or anybody's ipod with this program, so no music can't get erased. Good when you accidently delete music from your computer and the only backup is your ipod.
Cons
Can't add music to your ipod, can't see videos from ipod video.

Excellent interface. Mimics iTunes quite well.
Handles iPod very well.
Supports copying music FROM the iPod, something iTunes doesn't do.
Deleting and managing music on the local computer and the iPod couldn't be easier with this program.
Cons
Its not free. It used to be free, but went payware...BOO. Go find a freeware program since everyone is making an iPod related program these days.

easy to use interface. perfect for transferring songs from ipod to your computer. you can select individual songs to transfer, or your entire library. exactly what i was looking for in a ipod transfer program.

I was very disappointed when I got my Ipod. I love the music capabilities but I didn't like the idea of having to convert each calendar appointment and contact entry into either iCal or Icard formats. This was very easy to install and sync. Definitely worth the $15.00
Cons
So far nothing. I plan to continue to use iTunes for my music controls - but this blows away the calendar and contact functions of the ipod!
