This is your one-stop utility for managing contacts, appointments, mail, notes, tasks, RSS feeds, weather, horoscopes, movie showtimes, and all other iPod Extras.

Some of iPodAgent's features include the ability to transfer songs from your iPod to your PC, transfer Outlook mail to your iPod, transfer Outlook appointments to your iPod, transfer Outlook contacts to your iPod, transfer Outlook tasks to your iPod, transfer Outlook notes to your iPod, fetch weather forecasts from the Web and put it on your iPod, fetch RSS newsfeeds from the Internet and make them available on your iPod, and fetch local movie showtimes from the Internet and makes them available on your iPod.

Bursting at the seams with features, iGadget is popular for a reason: It synchronizes a smorgasbord of information from your PC onto your iPod, and it also transfers tunes back to your computer.

Some apps let you sync your Outlook calendar, contacts and e-mail to your iPod, and still others allow you to back up songs, playlists and podcasts from iPod to PC. IGadget supports all of those and throws in some useful goodies. Local movie listings and weather, driving directions, RSS news feeds and even personalized horoscopes can be synced and managed from iGadget, which installs the features into folders in your iPod's Notes section.

One feature that didn't meet our expectations was that videos don't have a separate sync function, although they are supported through the main track list. We'd also like to see support for other e-mail clients besides Outlook.

Still, iGadget gives great functionality for its price, and we think it makes a quality addition to any iPod.

  "AWESOME!"

  Pros: This is great for anybody who wants to transfer music easily and quickly back to there PC or to an friend's PC. Great! Fast transfer speed!

  Cons: In order to transfer all of your music you have to go through and select every song by hand. In the future I hope they have a button that selects all of them for you.

  Pros: Get news, e-mails, movie showtimes, yahoo news, and horoscopeand more. Beats itunes by a long shot. i cant believe this isnt the most downloaded item for the ipod. DOWNLOAD IT. you wont be disappointed. (note: they reviewed it on techtv, and they loved it)

  Cons: the first time u open the notes (news, horoscope etc) it takes about 1 minute. but its worth it.

  "Excellent Program! Full of features."

  Pros: This product unlocked the power I was unaware my iPod had. It even manages your Podcast subscriptions. This is the catch all program for iPodders. I couldn't figure out how to get my Outlook contacts on my iPod. The directions in the iPod didn't seem to work for me. This program, however, makes it so easy, syncing whatever you wish. You choose which items you want sync'ed to the iPod. There are too many features to elaborate on, but you MUST take a look at this program. Did I mention it is free????...unlike the other guys' program.

  Cons: Haven't found any yet...learning curve might be slightly high for those not familiar with some of the capabilities of the iPod and the associated terms.
