From Findley Designs :iPod Access is the premier application for transferring songs from your iPod to your Windows PC. iPod Access is able to utilize the iPod internal database so that it can display your iPod's contents almost instantly. This includes tag information from protected AAC files that have been purchased from the iTunes Music Store and all playlist information.
Version 2.1 fixes a compatibility issue with Dreamweaver and improves playlist cloning.

"Great concept, doesn't work."
Pros: A great idea, I hate iTunes.
Cons: It won't work, won't see the iPod, locks my system up, just won't work. Don't bother.
