works flawlessly and intuitively. it is fast.

the only con i can think of is that you only get 3 activations. i often reinstall my OS so this could be a problem.

allows you to stick it to the man and use your iOS devices the way that you should be able to. you have every right to sync your music to more than one computer when you have paid for all the music on each computer!!! this allows you to put all of you music that you bought with your hard earned money on whatever computer you want. I can listen to CDs on any CD player I want, why shouldn't i be able to do the same with my audio files??

This is fast to load, fast to transfer files. it as a smart little screen to view your pictures, it automatically recovers your old deleted files. Some things are not on iTunes. Beautiful user-friendly layout.

This is very good application. Very easy to install and use. But when I could not transfer a file into an application folder (limitation from Apple), I contacted support. Boy was I in for a surprise. Not only was Will H., the support representative, polite and responsive, he also explained in detail what the issue was and why iExplorer 3 could not do that. I ultimately got several options from him on what to do and was offered a complete refund. Just like that. No questions asked!.
I am still surprised how I came to their Support team with a problem which was not solved (again, not their fault), yet I left happy and feeling really good about their product and their company. I don't see that too often.
From now on, I will buy from them anything they sell knowing I will get a quality product and amazing customer support.Cons
Transferring files into an application folder (a.k.a. Dot App folder) is not posible due to Apple not allowing it.

I decided to give this a try as I had data on my old iPad that I was going to give away. I was happily surprised that it was so easy to use. I was able to save everything before resetting the iPad. I was so pleased with this software that my husband wanted it too. I wrote Customer Service to upgrade to two licenses. They promptly got back to me and were available until I completed the upgrade.
Cons
I just had to figure out how to avoid duplication of music, before I realized it does this automatically.

Summary
Life, time and $ saver for me after primary and secondary drives crashed and disk backup not current. I was able to easily recover some of my lost music library with this product.
