iChat AV only recognized Firewire cameras. With iChatUSBCam, you can use any QuickTime compatible video source for video conferencing in iChat AV. This includes USB webcams! Also, iChatUSBCam enables video conferencing on G3 computers which fall below Apple's minimum CPU speed requirements.

iChatUSBCam also lets you adjust your camera's brightness, contrast, and more.

Use iChatUSBCam to enable your G3 for DV cameras such as the iSight.

What's new in this version: Fix for problem where DV cameras were not being recognized on G3 systems. Fixed so that iChatUSBCam still works with the iChat Public Beta. Fixed incorrect version number in localized APE Manager information tab.
