From VisualNewt:

Converts Apple iCal calendars to web blogs. iBlog also supports a simple templating capability built around HTML. If you can write HTML or use a web creation tool such as Macromedia's DreamWeaver MX, or Adobe's GoLive, you can create your own templates. (If used in the template, any dependant graphics and other components need to be uploaded separately).

What's new in this version: Ability to save generated web pages to local hard drive; this allows upload to sites such as .Mac and sftp sites which don't support the FTP protocol.
