Pros
Software works reasonably well... but...
Cons
when something goes wrong it totally sucks... there is no customer support... Email address on front page just goes down the tubes... email to the CEO goes unheeded
Summary
Sucks.... cost me a lot of money in lost revenue when software shut down.
