This tool lets you considerably reduce the time you spend on mailing-list support. The interface is easy to use, although the nonstandard buttons are a slight disadvantage. You can easily run numerous lists, since every LiteMail project stores not only the recipients but also the message body and format, ISP settings and mail-processing rules. Create new lists simply by importing them from Access, Excel, CSV text, XML, HTML and other files using the wizard. The program purges duplicate and invalid addresses. LiteMail processes incoming messages based on their subjects to automatically subscribe or unsubscribe your customers. Special tags personalize e-mails by inserting a recipient's title, name, date and so on. You also can create and preview HTML messages with embedded pictures. LiteMail is a good aid to all who often have to send mail to multiple recipients or support several mailing lists.
