eNotifier is a utility that helps to make the process of sending eBay end of auction invoices to your winning bidders faster and easier. eNotifier automatically collates invoices so that each bidder will receive only one email message, regardless of how many of your auctions they have won, and uses text files as templates to generate the outgoing invoices. Generated invoices are sent to winning bidders using your own email application. Includes a "Test Mode", turned on by default, so that you can try it out without sending email to your actual customers.
In testing, we have found that using eNotifier reduces the amount of time that needs to be spent on sending end of auction invoices by 75-90% (over the cut and paste method so many sellers use).
eNotifier is intended for use by intermediate to advanced Macintosh/eBay users and is not recommended for novice users of either. It does not support dutch auctions (which it recognizes and ignores) and is not able to determine if reserve prices have been met, so it is important that you are familiar with your items before using eNotifier.
