You can send personalized HTML messages, and automatically manage the opt-in and opt-out submissions of your subscribers all with the mere need of just one POP and SMTP mail accounts. Features include a wordpad-like HTML editor, alternate HTML and Text messages, multiple attachments, multiple mailing lists, resume interrupted operations (even on system crash), customizable opt-in and opt-out options, send welcome and goodbye confirmation emails, ESMTP authentication, log events, easy management of your contacts’ databases.
Version 2.2.1 increases Unicode support for e-mails written using non-ASCII characters.

Version: eNewsletter Manager Free Edition 2.2.1
"I can honestly recommend this download."
Pros: This reasonably priced software (Pro-Edition) is straightforward with enough bells and whistles to get the job done, yet not so many as to confuse even the most inexperienced user. The customer service staff is extremely pleasant, prompt and professional, and will patiently answer even the most routine questions. Overall, this software allows this technology-challenged user to get the work out without a major struggle and for that I'm grateful to e-undertown.com for this offering.

"I used free version for a year with no problems. Great product!"
Pros: Hassle free. Simple interface-Good for even basic users. Delivers what it promises. Free. And the customer care is the best in the world.
Cons: Some small hitches like it hangs once in 2 months or so. But the customer care is ever so prompt to solve your problem. So no problems.
