From SurveilleTech :e-Surveiller is a user-activity monitoring, logging, and surveillance suite. e-Surveiller can monitor several users on standalone computers, on a LAN, and across the Internet. It generates monitoring programs which stealthily records all keystrokes, Web site visits, incoming and outgoing chat conversations, windows, applications, file changes on remote systems and periodically uploads or emails reports. It features a real-time remote TV-like screen viewer, which allows you to save snapshots. Other features include password-protection, peer-to-peer network support, remote monitoring updates, and a comprehensive activity log viewer.
New in version 1.5: Chat/Instant Message monitoring, categorized log summary view, and user interface enhancements.
