From Emsi Software :a-squared is a complementary product to antivirus software, which is specialized in protection against harmful software. Antivirus software often features an inadequate protection against Trojans, Dialers, Worms and Spyware. a-squared fills this gap.
It comes with a very easy to use user interface for the scanner and background guard. The scanner does a memory scan at the begin of each scan. Then, all files on your harddisks (or specific folders) are scanned with the high performance scan engine.
