Pros: Most excellent security package. Includes many useful features. AV certified by ICSA and proven 100% detection rate.
Cons: No antivirus quarantine. Anyone who has problems with it has something messed up on their computer.

if you cant understand german download the free zone alarm and go doing it by steps with the german one.
you'll get it, i did it this way.

Pros: The firewall is second to none. The package uses resourses that are better than most other security suites.
Cons: The antivirus is bad, it cannot disenfect archived files which most antivirus programs can. The price is also a little to high.

"The worst Software I have ever used!"
Pros: The AntiVirus component is reasonable.
Cons: ZoneAlarm Security Suite is highly unstable causing Windows XP Professional SP2 to crash at regular intervals; it also greatly increases startup and shutdown times. A component of the application vsmon.exe suffers from a memory leak resulting in a total consumption of all available RAM requiring a hard power off. The program also has a poor uninstaller which leaves many files and registry entries behind. Technical support is almost non existent, consisting of costly telephone support, poor e-mail support and a heavily censored forum.

"Highly unstable in Win 2000.Poor support."
Pros: Free version w/o frills of Pro worked well for years. Easy interface. Never a crash.
Cons: Purchased the Pro version. It caused the modem (cable) to drop out when going to and from secured pages--shopping carts, password entries, even Hotmail. Customer support sent me an email about some one else's problem, then a form to fill out for refund. No attempt to fix. 24/7 support line is answered 24/7 but is only staffed by nerds from 10-4 MST so what good is that? After 5 crashes a day that require shutting OFF the computer-don't have anything open while surfing!-I sent in the form. Have not received credit yet.
