Publisher's description of ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.0.158 beta
From ZoneAlarm:ZoneAlarm ForceField is a security product designed specifically to protect you while you bank, shop or surf dangerous areas of the Internet online. It does this by creating a virtual "bubble" around your surfing session, protecting your PC from fraudulent websites, phishing scams, spyware websites, and dangerous downloads. ZoneAlarm ForceField also ensures that spyware that may already be on your PC cannot steal your information while you bank and shop. And it cleans the PC after a Web browsing session to prevent your personal information from being left behind. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
Note: Beta or prerelease software is not intended for inexperienced users, as the software may contain bugs or potentially damage your system. We strongly recommend that users exercise caution and save all mission-critical data before installing and/or using this software.

Version: ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.0.158 beta
"Beta, still a bit buggy but has potential"
Pros: I only downloaded this yesterday so I have not had a lot of time to play with it. In general I like the idea of what this program is about, protection from nasties on the web. You can set it so as you browse in a virtual environment, helping to avoid the risk of malware hoovering up your private data
Cons: It really slowed down my browsing. On a number of occasions it said that something had gone wrong, could it report back to base, but I never managed to find out what had gone wrong, maybe there's a setting that I missed, but there are not that many to start with.. I have no objection to helping programs learn where the bugs within them are, but I do object to not letting me know in more detail too.
Currently I've stopped it from loading at start up mainly because I did not have the time to wait while I accessed my emails, when it speeds up/ I get more time, I'll let it load up again and experiment with it some more.

Version: ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.0.158 beta
Pros: 1.0.158 is buggy but sometimes works; get 1.0.163 for a better, updated version; actually worked with Windows XP and IE7PRO and IE Plus very well; not bad, just some bugs
Cons: BUGS! Slow page access at times. It should be good when completed.

Version: ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.0.158 beta
"This Beta is extremely buggy...."
Pros: Has potential to be a great and useful program.
Cons: The software just kept crashing time and time again telling me it had to submit an error to the developers. The newer version doesn't have the bugs, but it is extremely RAM intensive.
