From Zoltrix:

Refer to the readme.txt file included in the file for installation instructions to remove the current Windows modem driver and install the new Windows modem driver. The file contains both the Windows 95/98 drivers and the FlashCom program, to update the modems Flash ROM, which contains the latest Dual-Mode V.90/ K56 Flex Flash ROM code V2.310. The Name in the Windows 95/98 driver and the Wave device driver has been changed back to FMVSP56e to match the hardware name coded in the modem.
