"Alerts for updates for later versions I already have"
Version: Zip Backup to CD 3.18
Pros
Some alerts have been good.
Cons
I've been alerted on many programs where your "updates" have been earlier versions than the one on my computer. Zip Backup to CD, for instance. I have 3.20, and your alert was to "upgrade" to 3.18.

"Great logs -- just doesn't work"
Version: Zip Backup to CD 3.18
Summary
I tried this product for four consecutive days, and it never wrote anything to the DVD+RWs I used. The logs,, however, reported that the backup was successful. The interface is easy to use, but the program itself just doesn't work.
