"spyware warrior better look at this again"
Pros: looks good
Cons: ran ad-aware and came up with 12 possible hijack attempts with this programs name on it. removed program, removed items from ad-aware, re-scanned with ad-aware = ZERO defects now

"Its good but be aware of a HUGE conflict with Ad Aware"
Pros: Ive been running this for nearly 2 weeks and I have to admit its good. Thorough scans and it picks up the basic tracking cookies, but what I like is it detects ALL the real bad stuff that counts. Tracking cookies are a pain in the you know where, but im more concerned about malware, keyloggers and spyware ?. This gets all of them.
Cons: READ THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SCREW UP YOUR OS.
One major con for those of us who also have Ad Aware. If you run a scan with Ad Aware it will detect 14 keys which are mostly CLSID's that Ad Aware identifies as ?Browser Hijackers? and recommends they be deleted. WARNING ?.. DON?T DELETE THOSE 14 KEYS, just class them as "ignored" ? unless you want to screw up your computer. This is NOT a fault of Zerospyware ... the fault lies with Ad Aware.
Check out this site and read the full story. It will also tell you how to fix the problem if you have deleted the keys. Go to dslreports dot com and search for ?Ad-Aware/ZeroSpyware conflict can ruin OS?

Version: ZeroSpyware 2005 3.1.37.4
Pros: Appears to scan everything.
Cons: I ran ZeroSpyware Lite on two different computers -- both scans returned identical files, blazfind.iesearchbar, coolwebsearch, istbar and zestyfind as 'found' spyware; and I'm sure both computers were free of coolwebsearch before the scan! Soooo -- it appears that ZeroSpyware gives a bogus report on the first run, so the user will think something has been found even when it hasn't.

"Zerospyware fixed my computer while the others didn't!"
Pros: I downloaded Zerospyware2005 after both AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy failed to help my computer meltdown. Zerospyware found about 10 spyware applications and it actually removed them without screwing up my computer! I think that the frequent updates and ability to track down "mutating" spware apps really makes a difference. Also, before installing Zerospyware, I had accidentally messed up my registry trying to manually remove a regkey that Adaware flagged but was unable to remove. I used Zerospyware's internet chat service and they walked me through the fix live and immediately. Since I'm not all that comfortable fooling with my registry I love the 24/7 live support. That alone was worth the money!
Cons: The control console for the application kept booting up everytime I started my computer. I later found an option to start the application minimized. There may be too many user options to learn quickly, but I guess this isn't all bad. Also, unlike Adaware and Spybot S&D, I had to pay for this program.
