Pros
this antispyware is one of the better ones dection is good, interface is bloody beautiful, its realtime protection is simple but very good, its light on resources & its free, i have the payed version now, which gives you a vulnerbilty check & automated discovery.
Cons
its scans are a little bit slow, but may just be my computer.

If you have a problem 1) Their tech support is useless because of disconnects. 2)their server is always busy and 3)they don't respond to your emails. This is just what you need after an Integrity Check failure message from their software!!! and the program won't launch

I had a new spyware infection that wasn't in any database yet even for other products (i had spysweeper and counterspy) and these ZeroSpyware tech guys walked me through their live chat, resolved within a matter of minutes. OMG.. two thumbs up! I've been a ZeroSpyware user for 2+ years and I'm a very satisfied customer.
Cons
Definition updates are quite large to download but there won't be any problem for DSL/Cable/T1++ connections.

Looked at this app. out of curiosity and found it to be so effivctive I purchased it. I am wondering why it hasn't. spawned more reviews and downloads? I think people have it confused with the limited free version. The interface is the best I've seen in an anti-spy app. The scanner does a good job. Fast and uses little recources. Very efective active protection. And the very best customer suppott I've ever seen in any software period. Helpful and available 24/7 for live chat. Detects spyware, malware and greyware which are known dubious software app's. I like this product and recomend it highly. Has to be rated #5 in the anti-spy game and only slightly behind the "Big 4"

ZeroSpyware found quite of bit of spyware that the 'Top Rated' ones missed. The Interface on this program Is extremely plesent,and very professional looking! I say all of you that are using the 'Top Rated Spyware removers, to go ahead and try this one out.

By far the best thing about the product is its excellent support. I've never purchased any product that had such responsive and helpful customer service. I'm in IT and require little in tech support but I did have questions about the program and some suggestions for improvement. The person I wrote to responded right away and brought my suggestions to their dev team. The feature was implemented in a few weeks. I've also used the live chat option as well and their CS reps are just as good. All in all when you buy this product know that they will be there to help in any way. I was truly floored with the response I received. Keep it up guys (I worked with Mike Espiritu who helped bring my suggestions to the developers and kept me informed every step of the way. Truly excellent customer support. Thanks again Mike and the rest!)
Now that my suggestions have been added, I'm very happy with the product. It has great functionality and the interface is slick. A great program inside and out.

Would sometimes like more details regarding the threat description (path, etc.). -Hasn't bothered me enough to write and ask for it though.

But you don't really need it. Try these free ones instead of paying..Ad-Aware, A-Squared, Spybot, Advanced Spyware Removal,Spyware Begone, Spyware Exterminator, Yahoo AntySpyware, and of course Windows Defender,(Microsoft AntySpywae Beta)

ZeroSpyware scans my laptop in under 10 minutes. Take note this is a full scan and not a custom scan. This is quite fast, faster in fact than my Norton Anti-Virus scans which takes forever to finish. The app is very intuitive; I got the handle of it the first time I used it. Customer Service is always online - these guys work 24 hours and they're very friendly people.

I have installed,unstalled,rebooted and used everyone of there quick fixes nothing works. The company continues to send me fixes. I have asked for a full refund and I am getting the run around. I purchased spysweeper and have not had any problems
