Zero Code Designer is a true Windows application designer. It is very simple to use, even for small children. With ZCD you just start the designer, add some items, link them together, and then launch them.
Version 1.5 allows you to create a single setupfile for easy distribution. Added are invisible launcher controlable from taskbar, new items and items preview.
