Ease of controls, as well as being able to use the mouse to control the aircraft.
Cons
No practice targets, having targets would help in learning to control the aircraft better.
Summary
Over all, I have fun with this sim, and enjoy watching friends try to best me (easy to do!!)
By the by, I'm running Vista Home Prem. on a laptop.

I really liked in the older version when you could select the catagory of plane and use the keyboard to select more rockets or bombs or whatever...
Summary
I would recomend, if your computer can, use the non-rendered version. But when I used it my old, old laptop ( now gone to the big server in the sky )*: ) which only had 1/4 Gb of RAM and a basic graphics chipset the rendered version was perfect, even if I had to sacrifice a bit of quality (and a small bit at that!)
All in all great game if your into flight sims!!! -
