  Version: Xilisoft iPod Video Converter 2.1.55

  "Sync problems"

  Pros: Software is very simple to use and straightforward.

  Cons: Software has a Sync problem. Very annoying to watch voices not match lips. After doing a little research online, I found that many other users had the same issues. Avoid this software. Other alternatives are avaiable.

  "Didn't work and no refund!"

  Pros: Nothing good here - product didn't work.

  Cons: There are many options out there - stay away from this one. I used it with Windows XP and a video ipod and the videos consistently froze during playback on the ipod. Customer service gave me several solutions none of which worked (and all of which took plenty of time), and then refused to refund money. Unpleasant experience.

  "Useless, even as a free product. But for money? Forget it"

  Pros: If the product worked consistently, then there would be something positive to say. This not being the case, there is nothing to add.

  Cons: The product is unreliable, technical support is elementary at best, documentation is non-existent. For the price, there are alternatives.

  "It makes using the ipod video alot easier."

  Cons: All the little downloading things that you have to go through...

  "junk"

  Pros: Worked first time very well.

  Cons: Never worked again. Company would not give me refund, and could not give me a fix for their software which, has been continuously giving me errors.
