Version: Xilisoft Video Editor 1.0.24.1219

"Rather imprecise."

Cons: If you need to choose a specific place to split or cut videos (for example, to create short clips from a movie file), the Xilisoft Video Editor will not do it precisely, or gracefully. There is no fine-tuning of splice points. You have to click a button as the video is playing to define a start point for the clip. If you miss it, you have to try again. Truly maddening. Don't waste your time with this one.
