"Could not make a VCD"

Pros: Dont know, if any.

Cons: I tried to make a VCD from a AVI file. the AVI file was 700MB and the encoded MPG file had to be split into two parts. IT encoded the first 650 MB and then stopped. So next time i dint allow it to split, i thought i will split it with some other software and write it to a CD. When i tried to cut the MPG file with a Software, it said it was not a valid MPG file. So i failed to create a VCD.
It is not optimized for Dualcore processors.
It is a pure 32 bit application (i need 64 bit applications for my Windows XP x64).

Version: Xilisoft Video Converter 3.1.14.1124b

"Good at some tasks, very poor at others"

Pros: It is exceptionally easy to use, offers an enormous selection of video & audio formats, and it's amazingly fast.

Cons: Too often the translated video is out-of-sync. Also, why doesn't their website list the most current version NUMBER of the product? Do not buy this product until they correct the video/audio translation!
