"Works but has some issues with quality"

- Simple to use
- Relatively quick
- Works on every DVD I have triedCons
- Quality, even at highest settings is average at best
- Forces some weird techniques to get audio and video synched up for some DVDsSummary
This device works, but changing the settings to even the highest quality does not produce the same quality even as the regular DVD played through the drive. I modified the bitrate to 10k, which is very high and should produce identical DVD-quality but it does not. I also had many DVDs which would not have the audio and video synch up, which essentially makes it unwatchable. You have to go through weird steps to start the video after 10 seconds or uncheck certain boxes. Seems like it should just work. This product is disappointing overall. I don't understand why it can't just rip a DVD at good quality.
