Picture capture function is supported; you can rip DVD to picture and animation profiles at fixed interval, like JPG, PNG, GIF, and BMP. Other advanced features include previewing, batch processing, ripping one source file to multiple formats at one time and retrieving DVD information online.

Version: Xilisoft DVD Ripper Ultimate SE 5.0.49.0403
Pros: Easy to rip and merge DVDs. Can choose subtitles. Many formats. (By the way, ImToo DVD Ripper is exactly the same, just cosmetic differences in the UI.)
Cons: DVD rips wont give you that "aXXo" quality for the same bitrate (you'll get some pixellation). You'll have to set the bitrate higher.
