Pros: I purchased this because the trail version worked fine other than having their logo across the bottom.
Interface is fairly easy to use.Cons: clunky program, the purchased version does not work as well as the demo, burn quality is mediocre at best.
Customer Service is NON-EXISTANT.Summary: Do not waste your time.
Burned dvds look like they have droid rot. There is pixilation even with the highest quality. Furthermore, even burning on the lowest setting, a 45min DVD can take up to 1.5 HOURS to burn.

"Good program, which is easy to use."
Pros: Excellent for converting downloaded MP4 files onto DVD (DVD+R) disks (with corresponding lip sync).
Excellent for viewing on the normal home (NON Blu-Ray) DVD player.Cons: The finished DVD disks (DVD+R), do NOT play in Blu-Ray players!
We tested several finished disks in every DVD player in the house (2 of which, are Blu-Ray), and the results were always the same...Summary: I contacted Xilisoft (http://www.xilisoft.com/) and told them about the Blu-Ray issue (excellent correspondence), and they promised that the problem would be addressed.

Pros: Great quality of output image and powerful function.
Cons: No! I like it very much.
