From Xilisoft :Xilisoft Audio Converter is a powerful MP3/MP4/WAV Converter. It can convert between many popular audio formats, such as MP3, WAV, WMA, MP4, M4A, MP2, VQF, APE, OGG, AAC, and FLAC. In addition, you can use it to convert video format including AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF to all popular audio files. All conversion processes are very easy and fast.
With Xilisoft Audio Converter, you can make batch conversion, copy ID3 tag between audio formats (reserve ID3 tag during conversion), select the compression method, sample rate, bitrate, stereo or mono when converting your files, select whether delete or keep the original files. Version 2.1.69.1024 is a bug fixing release.

"Pretty fast converting speed!"
Pros: The software is quite good, the speed?s fast and it converts music with good quality. Almost all the common formats are included, that?s fine!
Cons: Wish there could be more beautiful interface options.

Pros: it can convert the most important formats, 10 in all. You can batch convert, control the channel, bit rate and sampling rate.
Cons: If it were able to convert more formats, rip CDs, it would have made it higher in the rankings.

"The trial is terrible. Don't bother."
Pros: None that I could find. I would have loved to find more if I COULD ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING IN THE TRIAL!
Cons: The trial doesn't let you convert files. It only lets you browse the interface. Which I think is kind of useless if you can't see the quality of the converted files after it's done.
Summary: With a trial as crappy as this one, I don't even want to look at the full version. Great job selling it to me, Xilisoft. People - DON'T EVEN BOTHER. You can't do anything in the trial other than stare at a few of the buttons.

Pros: Nothing. This sucks.
Cons: I downloaded this program to convert OGG, I used the trial version. It told me that I had to register. I clicked "cancel and it still didn't convert at all.
