"Constant Errors, Poor Tech. Support!"
Pros: Easy to use, nice interface
Cons: The program would not function well i would get errors, tried contacting them no reply. Not surprised everyone here is complaing as well about the support!

"Tried to review this software but failed to run properly.."
Pros: Easy to use (minus the errors)
Cons: Could not use and lost work several times while trying to run it. Program freezes up.

"Even can't have a chance to try it"
Pros: This is one of the softwares I hate most!
Cons: After downloaded it and installed to my PC, it said that "memory is not enought, neither pictures nor the programme will continue to run on the PC". Is the software designed to detect usrs' RAM instead of creating Web Menu?
My PC has got 4GB Memory and a 3.1GHZ-CPU with three 250GB HDs, how dare the software said my PC is running out of memory!
Go to hell!

Version: Xara Menu Maker 1.1
Pros: Set up was fairly easy. Any changes are made instantly. Uploaded it to my website and it looked better than expected.
Cons: Little confusing on how to upload it to the site. Also had to figure out how the Java Script runs the created menu. Had to read their documentation a few times to understand it... Once I got the grasp of it the rest was easy... This program is not for the novice website builder.

"Liked the program.....but support is hard to find"
Pros: Fairly easy for an intermediate web designer to use, lots of interesting templates for navigation bars
Cons: Lack of support is my major complaint. I made several menubars for several different sites, but when I had to make changes, I couldn't save the changes. Couldn't find anything in the FAQs or message boards about a similar problem, did all the standard troubleshooting...uninstalled, reinstalled, etc....emailed Tech support, but they never responded. I am looking for another program.
