It is also installed under various other names including XP Antispyware, XP Security, XP AntiMalware, XP Defender, and XP Guardian.

Summary
A quick easy way of ridding your computer of this specific type of malware. Have used it several times on other peoples' hijacked computers and it has always worked like a charm. I have this on my computer also for " just in case ". Excellant freeware, thank you ConsumerSoft!

It detected that horrible rogue pretty quickly. Easy to use.
Cons
However, it only detects XP Antivirus and not all rogues, so you can only use it once in a blue moon. I wish it was able to detect more things.
Summary
It's good at detecting this XP Antivirus family malware. I just wish it could detect more than just one family of rogue antispyware.

This kills those virii within minutes and they don't come back. Freeware. Enough said.
Cons
None that I know of. It's great.
Summary
I have used this on two computers infected with phony "XP something antivirus" malware virii. They both were healed. I consulted a family whose children's computers were infected by the phony XP antivirus variants, which were loading porno onto the family computers. Disgusting and I hope the virus-writers are imprisoned / in prison.
