From Inspiro Networks :XOR Chat is a fast, easy, free, and secure way of chatting. It's a very small download that runs on any Windows platform. It does not use any centralized server and is variably secure: you choose to use encryption or not and you also specify the encryption key: the longer the key, the more secure your chat is from hackers. A key that is 17 or more characters in length is almost impossible to break. As long as you and your chat buddy know at least one of your IP addresses and have agreed on a key (if you'll be using encryption), then you're ready to chatю
