"quite useful but not for novices"
Pros: Good features, small app which is good
Cons: Too hard for novices to figure out, no way is a normal user wanting this program

Pros: Much more powerful than the native Windows dir function. Although, if you're into text UIs, UNIX or Linux might be your operating system of choice.
Cons: The manual is a tad long. It would be nice if a one-page reference card is provided.
