Version: X-Lite 3
Pros: Does what it says, stable, fast, feature rich, especially love the call record feature and speakerphone. Address book is exportable.
Cons: Free version only allows one SIP account, could've had atleast 4. No import address book from Skype, Yahoo! Messenger only Outlook and CSV,

Version: X-Lite 3
Pros: The installation and interface are easy to use and understand. Voice quality is great and you have the codec features to enhance it. Even though it's only a "demo" version from counterpath of their "big" softphone, eyebeam, it has a nice look and very good quality. My first choice for a softphone that anyone can use!
