"X-Deep: The way an X Server should be"
Version: X-Deep/32 - PC X Server for Windows 4.6.5

The only X-Server that I have used in Windows/Dos enviroment that works as expected, and its Free.
The only problem I have had is virtual deskop not fitting the whole X-Deep window-- but i can live with this. -
"Probably ONLY and darn good freeware X-Server"
Version: X-Deep/32 - PC X Server for Windows 4.6.5

For a freeware, its the best you can get. Kudos to the developer for releasing the product as freeware after dissolution of company.

"Works, but quirky"
Version: X-Deep/32 - PC X Server for Windows 4.6.5
Summary
Seems to be OK, but somethings don't work, at least with Java-based X-Windows, like backspacing and text selection.
Seems to be slow, compared to Exceed-9 -
"Just what I was looking for."
Version: X-Deep/32 - PC X Server for Windows 4.6.5
Summary
This is not the prettiest of products as it suffers from the utilitarian effects of both xwindows and freeware development. But it did what it said and it is _really_ freeware. It was easy to set up and I was able to use it to catch xapps pushed through ssh secure shell without a problem.
