Even though we could have done without the nag screen, this free disk cleaning utility performed very well during our tests. Even beginners will appreciate how easy it is to use.
When you first install Wise Disk Cleaner 3 Free, you're taken to the publisher's Web site for more information about the program. Each time we accessed Wise Disk Cleaner 3 Free, we received a nag screen asking if we wanted to upgrade to the paid professional version. It was easily bypassed, but became something of a nuisance. A helpful wizard appeared at start-up, and walked us through the disk cleaning process. First, you choose from a long list of file extensions to include in the cleanup. The next step is to select the drives or folders you want to clean, and choose from a list of cleaning options, such as deleting cookies and temporary files. The last step is to choose to run the program in either auto-run or manual mode, and whether you want the files permanently deleted or sent to your recycle bin. Once we went through the wizard, we were sent to the main user interface to click the Scan button. Considering the task at hand, the program worked extremely fast to pull up all of the junk files according to our specifications. It took a little time for the program to delete and send the files to the Recycle Bin, but we were able to continue working during the process.
Our test computer's performance noticeably improved after running the program. Users of all levels will find Wise Disk Cleaner 3 Free easy to use and effective, and the nag screen was a small price to pay for this freeware utility.

Wise Disk Cleaner is a free disk utility designed to help you keep your disk clean by deleting unnecessary files. Usually, these unnecessary or junk files appear as the results of program incomplete uninstallers or temporary Internet Files. Wise Disk Cleaner, with its intuitive and easy to use interface, helps you quickly wipe out all the junk files. There are two ways in which you can do that. If you are a beginner, you may use the wizard and use the program's default settings in order to clean-up your system. If you are an advanced user, you can customize the operations: you can manually select folders to be cleaned-up you can erase files with certain extensions, and exclude folders from the scan. When deleting file, you can choose to erase them forever, or in case you are not sure about them you can delete them to Recycle Bin.
What's new in this version: Version 7.33 fixed the wrong default language issue, improved some language packs, and supported Portuguese(Portugal) language.

Pros
It is clean and easy to use. It does a very good job and fast. Screens are clean and not full of advertising junk. Very straight forward to use. Best of all it is FREE!
Cons
I hope this makes at least ten characters. I have not found any Cons as yet.
