WinStars is a complete planetarium, showing you the appearance of the sky, as seen from anywhere on Earth, for any date. With a click of the mouse, it's possible to have various information about all objects displaying by the program. WinStars is freeware.

What's new in this version:

  • In the solar system mode, the program uses some real time cloud maps for the Earth (updated at most every two hours)
  • Mars Express, Venus Express, New Horizons, Deep Impact probes were added
  • New satellites around the Earth: NOAA 10-11-12-14-15-16-17-18.
  • Updated textures for Dione, Enceladus et Rhea
