WinSettings Pro corrals nearly every Windows setting imaginable into one clean interface. From basics like program uninstallation and wallpaper selection to more advanced customizations like changing file associations and the list of 22 configurable Registry hacks, this program certainly tries to be it all.
The layout is plain but unobtrusive, with a left-nav arranged into drop-down menus and a central pane for drilling deeper into each option. Click on a menu category, and a list of choices appears below it. Click on one of those to access the options. For example, under Cleanup, you can choose Remove Duplicate Files. In the main window, you can then set the folder to scan for dupes, set file type exclusions, and configure comparison settings to look at file contents, file name, and others. It's so intuitive, only users who are extremely uncomfortable with computers should have any problems.
The options under each tweak are thorough enough to allow for some serious Windows customization. WinSettings Pro's reasonable range of privacy and security options, frivolous but fun tray and system icons tweaks, and intermediate-level file and system management tools make WinSettings Pro a must-look, if not a must-have. The price may seem a bit steep for a utility program, but you definitely get a lot for your money.

"WinSettings Pro 9.0 does it all"
Pros: I wish I knew this program before, it could have saved me a lot of money. It comes with shredder, cleaner, wahser, and uninstaller. I will still buy it when my free trial runs out.
Cons: It is worth it.

Pros: Really helps you clean up Windows.
Cons: Little pricey, but worth it.
