From Thingamahoochie Software :WinMerge is a tool for visual difference display and merging, for both files and directories. WinMerge has Unicode support, flexible syntax coloring editor, and Windows shell integration. It also tracks side-by-side line difference and highlights differences inside lines. A file map shows the overall file differences in a location pane.
Version 2.2.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: WinMerge 2.2.4
"Invaluable tool for developers"
Pros: Does what it is designed to do. Compare files, dirctories or archives. Ignores missing lines when merging diffs.
Cons: I've been using WinMerge for 6-7 years and haven't ever come across something worthy of a con.
