I use the WinASO Registry Optimizer without any problems on the 64 bit Ultimate Vista. You might give it a try and see how you like it.

Winaso registry cleaner is probably one of the best cleaners I've tried. I used it to clean and optimize both of my computers and they all work perfectly. The program is very stable and safe, never did any harms to my computers. I feel I can trust this one.
