Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.6
Pros: This is a really good registry software!
It clean your registry, defrags it and cleans temp files for comp, IE and other programs.
Cons: I like everything, but this not about the product it's about some idiot here, he names all his acc Name.KD.Name and write bad stuff about this software and lower it's rating -.-
Please check if they use the same IP or something.

Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.6
Pros: I've been using the evaluation versions for over a year now. Winaso doesn't catch ALL the registry errors, but I also don't use the "aggressive scan" option either. I prefer to do that manually. Winaso has helped me in keeping my XP (Home ed.) OS running at peak efficiency. Winaso repairs only 10 at a time within the trial version, but if you have the time and just pay attention to what registry keys are being deleted then you'll have no problems. I definitely recommend the software, but like I said...just be careful and know what your doing and why! Always take care and backup your registry before making any major registry changes. This practice has saved my bacon on numerous occasions and have managed to keep my computer running smooth for almost 4 years now without reformatting my hard drive. Winaso is definitely one of the many tools an end user should consider in order to maintain a healthy computer.
Cons: No real cons except for perhaps end users who may not know what thier doing and blame the software for thier own silly mistakes.

Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.6
"Better than Regitry Mechanic"
Pros: Personally I find this program much better than Registry Meachanic. It finds more problems and also has more functions. There's a function for cleaning all temporary files collected by all kinds of programs on your computer. Also there's a function for optimizing some settings in Windows such as faster internet settings.
Cons: The program is not or free en that's a pitty. That's why I can't rate this program 5 stars but 'only' 4.

Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.6
"I would like call it a registry destroyer"
Pros: Very bad result running on XP.
Cons: I would like to give WinASO ZERO star if I could. It totally messed the whole system after using. I am running Windows Xp x64 version and XP64 is listed in winASO's support list, however, it doesn't work correctly under x64 at all. I guess those winASO guys never even tested it under x64. winASO knows nothing about x64 and it could not locate the correct system files in x64 Windows, so it just deleted many correct registry keys and treat them incorrect. WOW!!!, what a stupid software, the result is that my computer no longer boot into Windows. Luckly I have a backup made by Norton and I used it to restore my computer. If you are using XP x64, never use winASO otherwise you will be next victim. Feel shame about winASo for such poor software.

Version: WinASO Registry Optimizer 2.6
"If you are looking to clean your registry read this"
Pros: It is for free and it finds the most errors out of Many Registry cleaners I have tested. Second is Registry Mechanic, Third is Tweakknow reg cleaner.
Cons: My Registry on a 70 Gig comp is only 5mb. Registry tools free up KILOBYTES of space... Hardly anything worth noting. Ironically I lose more space downloading Reg Optimizer, witch is about 4.7mb unless my 6mb registry was filled with over 78.3% errors (4.7/6) Which is not possible. My Advice in getting something to clean your registry is to get freeware because paying for a registry cleaner isn't worth it. Out of all the free registry fixers i tried the one which found the most errors was WinAso reg optimizer (finding around 300) and would fix them all for free. Reg Mechanic scored second finding around 190 but would only fix around 20 of them without having to pay. Tweaknow Reg Cleaner found around 200 errors but only around 140 of them that where safe to delete the other 60 errors where marked as unkown or not fuly safe to delete. But Tweaknow offered to delete all errors for free so I conclude by ranking WinAso reg optimizer as number 1, Tweaknow reg cleaner as second, and Reg mechanic as third.
It is not worht it to pay for a reg cleaner
I hope you find this usefull...
