From Marko Hietanen :WildBit Viewer is compact and fast image viewer with slide show and editor. Eye catching interface within blazing fast folder, file list and thumbnail viewer. Viewer includes also Image Info with Image EXIF meta data JPEG and TIFF support and IPTC (IIMV4) information (like PhotoShop file info) from JPEG and TIFF. WildBit Viewer supports all major graphic formats including BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, PNG, PCX, TIFF, WMF and TGA (about 70 formats).

"Highly recommended The best you can get"
Pros: These guys deserve a big thanks, this software does what Acdess does for free, you can view the thumbnails, edit the image, rename the files, convert the format, view slide shows and view images in the folder, unlike other free image managers this one is fast.
I personally recommend this one
Cons: no cons at all, even the interface is easy to use
