In addition WhosOn acts as a live chat server allowing visitors to chat to operators in your organization as they browse. You can provide live help and live person interaction to increase sales and improve customer service. Pros: We do provide support via telephone & live chat so we have no idea why the previous review claims we do not.
Cons: Fast, feature rich, hosted or installable.

"Not a stable program. Hard to install and very buggy"
Pros: It looks attractive at the beginning, however when you try testing the reliability you see its true colors.
Cons: Chats are ending for no reason, most of the features have bugs. No tech support for USA via phone or chat.
