From Secure Computing :This program helps you remove unwanted ads, which form 30 to 40 percent of the data you download. Blocking these ads creates a huge gain in bandwidth. This version features some minor changes in the online help, and fixed a Web Bugs Filter that caused an internal error on some Web pages.

Version: Webwasher 2.2.1
Pros: Yeah it blocked some ads in ie7
Cons: WebWasher does not support Firefox web browsers i tried to block ads by clicking on the link, copying it to WebWasher and pasting it. If you use any verson of Mozilla Firefox, do not install this program!!!!

Summary: Not one place on the web you can purchase the Webwasher version?? I love it and have it running as a proxy through a squid proxy protecting all my computers but AG only supports 1 license and I wanted 10 or 5 licenses. No place to register product!... read more >>

Summary: Can be little complicated to setup, though i would attribute this to the fact that its far more functional than most. Bloacking not just popups but also banner ads. On the other hand just block *.doubleclick.net for example and be done with them too... read more >>
