"Really works well, best System cleaner"
Pros: Webroot make high class products, no doupt, i use Window Washer, accelerate and Spy Sweeper and i am very happy, i love this product
Cons: Doesn't support Firefox, but i think the new v6.0 does support it

Summary: I have used this product for nearly 2 years thinking that i am deleting files 'beyond recovery'

Version: Webroot Window Washer 5.5
Pros: This is a fast and good cleaner and very stable.
Cons: The company seems very lazy. They don't respond to questions (see other comments) but most annoying: still no support for Firefox. Webroot probably fell asleep sometime ago.

"be careful removes vital program info.."
Pros: None
Cons: If u are not careful this program will remove vital program info. for example if u happen to get a " explorer.exe application error on other programs u run this is why. also not only can it remove vital things u need but it is worthless in removing things u do not want..they can easy be recovered. JUNK JUNK is this program!

"**** STINKS - Slows down my computer to a CRAWL! ****"
Pros: NONE.
Cons: What were they thinking when they made this software program? Super Slow & a real Memory Hog. I just tried it, and did it sure slow down my computer - All of my programs opened up super slow. This program sure does give many false positives. What a waste of my money when I could just use the free Microsoft AntiSpy ... much better, and a more usesful program and best of all FREE! Go to microsoft.com to get their FREE AntiSpy Software now - it is the best Anti-Spy software you will ever use!
