"Smooth Webcam Recorder"

Pros: I have been using this webcam recorder since last 2 years and captured good number of webcam videos. Now I play them back using webcam simulator to pretend to be whoever i want to be :)

Pros: Easy to use, change frame rate on video settings screen.

Cons: Not the best looking interface ever
